"Sweet Lavender" original framed mini painting

"Sweet Lavender", is an original miniature acrylic painting, framed in a grey silver decorative vintage style frame. Painted with acrylic paints in greens, white, yellow, blue, lilac and purple tones. I wanted to create a summer scene with one of my favourite flowers, Lavender. The painting has a tranquil feel with the lavender growing wildly under the sun in the blue sky, where birds are flying in the distance. 

The painting measures 5 cm in height by 3.5 cm wide. The frame has decorative roses on the bottom half and measures 6 cm x 4.5 cm. The painting is protected by a plastic front to the frame with a black velvet back and metal stand.
