Orders are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in GBP and are subject to change without notice. All sales are subject to availability and confirmation.

We ship via Royal Mail or local couriers. Delivery times may vary, especially for handmade items. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return items under the following terms:
RETURNS
- You have 14 days to contact us from the delivery date.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Custom/personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged.
REFUNDS
- Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- We may offer exchanges depending on stock availability.
