Delivery Methods-

Orders are sent via Royal Mail ( Large Letter 2nd Class, Large Letter Tracked 48, Small Parcel 2nd Class, Small Parcel Tracked 48, Medium Parcel Tracked 48) Occasionally, local couriers may be used

For larger or heavier parcels, we may use ParcelForce Express48 (delivery in around 2 working days). Costs for this service start from £9.95, and the exact amount will be shown at checkout.

Processing Time -

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days

Handmade or custom items may take slightly longer

 Delivery Time - 

Royal Mail 2nd Class: typically 2–3 working days

Royal Mail Tracked 48 services: usually 2 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier 

Delivery Costs -

Calculated at checkout and shown before payment

Responsibility - 

Once dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier

We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or other third parties

2 Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return

Conditions -

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless damaged
