Orders are sent via Royal Mail ( Letter 2nd Class, Large Letter 2nd Class, Large Letter Tracked 48, Small Parcel Tracked 48, Medium Parcel Tracked 48) An email is required for Tracked 48 services

Processing Time -

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days

Handmade or custom items may take slightly longer

Order Cut-off Time - Our daily order cut-off time is 2PM. Orders placed after this time will begin their 3-5 processing period on the next working day

Delivery Time - 

Royal Mail Letter 2nd Class and Large Letter 2nd Class : aim to deliver in 2-3 working days

Royal Mail Tracked 48 services: aim to deliver in 2 - 3 working days
