Return conditions -
Item condition - Items must be returned in their original condition in original packaging
Accepted Reasons - We accept returns for both defective products (damaged or incorrect items) and non-defective products (e.g you changed your mind )
Return Shipping Fees -
Defective products - If your item is faulty or damaged we will provide the return shipping label at no cost to you.
Customer Remorse - For Standard returns (e.g you no longer want the item), the cost of the Royal Mail return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund.
Restocking Fees - We do not charge any re stocking fees
Refunds -
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method (via Stripe) within -10 business days
