"Purple Dream" hand painted feather earrings

I love painting and I love jewellery. Here I have combined the two to create beautiful unique earrings with an original painting. Each earring is hand painted.

"Purple Dream" earrings, original acrylic paintings on wooden feathers. 

"Purple Dream" feather 🪶💜 earrings are a statement of magical beauty. In shades of purple and violet acrylic paints. I painted the feather branches ( barbs) with purple pearl metallic acrylic paint which gives a shimmery effect. I also painted the edges with this shimmering paint 💜

The wooden feathers measure 8 cm in length and 1.3 cm in width. I have added three silver tone rings and 925 sterling silver earirng wires making the total length including these 10 cm, (stamped 925) 

I have sealed the painting with a clear gloss topcoat, which gives a subtle sheen and protects the painting.
